Parker serves as the President of all BRE-related companies.
Prior to founding BRE, Parker was Vice President of Acquisitions for a private real estate fund, where they acquired over 40 “value-add” shopping centers and single tenant assets with an aggregate value in excess of $300,000,000. Parker maintains tight-knit relationships with many of the largest retail owners, developers, and brokers on the east coast, and is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he has served as a committee member.
Parker graduated from the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in Economics, played football, and worked at Morgan Stanley.
David joined BRE as Principal in 2013.
Prior to joining BRE, David was an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse, based in New York. While at Credit Suisse, David and his team provided execution and/or advisory for mergers, acquisitions and financings valued at approximately $21 billion for some of the world’s largest companies. Earlier in his career, David focused on retail investment property sales at an Atlanta-based firm, eventually rising to Director of Sales.
David received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, which he attended as a Merit Scholarship recipient.
Before joining BRE, Patrick worked with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Commodities Group. Prior to his time in the investment bank, Patrick worked with SunTrust’s Commercial Sales Enablement team, and also completed a one-year post-grad rotational program, where he gained exposure to commercial real estate on the institutional and REIT teams, commercial underwriting, sales, and payment solutions.
Patrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. He now resides in Atlanta, and spends his free time mountaineering, rock climbing, skiing, fly fishing and golfing.
