- Credit tenancy or mature franchise operators
- $2,000,000 – $80,000,000 purchase price
- All cash – no financing contingencies
- Lease term: 1-20 years
- Individual assets or portfolios
- Single Tenant Net Lease assets
- Anchored multi-tenant assets
- Redevelopment opportunities of all sizes
- Raw land that can be developed for credit tenancy
- Preferably delivered free and clear of debt
