Parker Blanchard spearheads the overall strategy and direction of all BRE-related companies. With more than 15 years of experience in retail investment real estate, he is widely known for his creative and entrepreneurial acumen, which have yielded BRE a wide variety of successful retail investments.
Prior to founding BRE, Parker was Vice President of Acquisitions for a private real estate fund, where they acquired over 40 value-add shopping centers and single tenant assets with an aggregate value in excess of $300,000,000.
Parker maintains tight-knit relationships with many of the largest retailers, landlords, and brokers on the east coast, and is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he has served as a committee member.
Parker graduated from the University of Georgia.
Shawn’s daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: site feasibility & due diligence, site planning, design, entitlements, construction and construction management. Shawn is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.
Prior to joining BRE, Shawn served as a deployment manager for Tesla Motors where he oversaw the rollout of their Supercharger network throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States.
Shawn graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Patrick’s daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: business development, sourcing acquisition opportunities, financial modeling, and due diligence efforts. Patrick is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Georgia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Before moving to BRE, Patrick started his career at SunTrust Bank where he spent time at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and the Wholesale Banking Division.
Patrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. He now resides in Atlanta, and spends his free time mountaineering, rock climbing, skiing, fly fishing and golfing.
Mr. Roberts is responsible for overseeing BRE’s retail expansion strategy, leasing efforts, and third-party brokerage assignments across the United States.
Mr. Roberts has developed strong broker relationships, facilitated many new tenant relationships, and has executed on high-profile projects such as The Forum on Peachtree Parkway (Norcross, GA), The Rim (San Antonio, TX), The Gateway (Sandy Springs, GA) and The Collection At Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
Prior to joining BRE in 2020, Mr. Roberts spent 4 Years years with CORE Property Capital, and 15 years with Thomas Land and Development, one of the largest private real estate development companies in the country, where he leased projects ranging from 200,000 sf – 2,000,000 sf.
Mr. Roberts has a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Marketing from LaGrange College and an MBA from the University of West Georgia.
